Lourens Pretorius
Lourens Pretorius was born and raised in Rustenburg and brings strong local insight together with extensive legal expertise to his practice. He obtained his LLB degree from North-West University (Potchefstroom Campus), where he also served as Vice-Chairman of the Student Law Association (2009–2010). He was admitted as an attorney in 2013 and founded LM Pretorius Attorneys in 2017.
Over the years, he has developed a well-established civil litigation and collections practice, with experience in both High Court and lower court matters. With more than a decade of experience, Lourens is particularly respected in the field of family law. He is known for his strategic thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients. His approach is grounded in professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of the sensitive nature of legal matters.

TIRO MAGABA
Tiro Magaba was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in July 2025 and forms part of the firm’s civil litigation and family law department.
Born and raised in Klerksdorp, he completed his early education at St Conrad’s College before relocating to the United Kingdom, where he obtained his A-Levels at John Mason School in Abingdon. He later returned to South Africa to complete his LLB degree at the University of the Free State, where he excelled academically and was invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society.
Tiro is a personable and dedicated professional who is committed to applying his knowledge and skills to assist clients effectively and with care.
sherrice Lourenco
Sherrice Lourenco is a dedicated Candidate Attorney with a strong academic foundation and a growing passion for the legal profession. Born and raised in Rustenburg, she developed a strong sense of discipline, integrity, and work ethic from an early age.
She completed her schooling at Rustenburg High School before pursuing her tertiary education at North-West University, Potchefstroom, where she obtained a BA Law degree with Psychology, followed by her LLB degree.
In 2025, she began her articles at LM Pretorius Attorneys, where she is gaining valuable practical experience while developing her legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. She is committed to continuous growth and delivering professional, ethical legal support.
AXZANDRIE PRETORIUS
Axzandrie Pretorius oversees the financial operations of the firm, ensuring that all financial processes run efficiently and accurately. She plays a key role in maintaining the firm’s financial stability, handling everything from internal financial management to client-related accounts.
With a strong attention to detail and an organised approach, she ensures that financial matters are managed with professionalism and care. Her role supports the legal team by allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality legal services, while she ensures the financial side of the practice runs seamlessly.
WENDY JANSE VAN VUUREN
Wendy Janse van Vuuren is an integral part of the firm’s day-to-day operations, providing essential administrative support to both clients and the legal team. She assists with client communication, scheduling, and ensuring that processes within the firm run smoothly.
Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Wendy helps create a welcoming experience for clients while maintaining a high level of organisation and efficiency behind the scenes.
